30 July 2019: Tax return disclosures for Presidential Primaries

Letter sent today to my Michigan State Representative and State Senator:

I have previously written to you about enacting legislation to require all candidates in the Michigan presidential primary to disclose their federal tax returns. As indicated in this link, https://www.nytimes.com/2019/07/30/us/politics/california-trump-tax-returns.html?action=click&module=News&pgtype=Homepage, California has now passed a similar law.

Please let me know if you will introduce or support this legislation in Michigan.
