Dear President Trump,
I have designated a new syndrome in your honor, “DT syndrome.” Patients with this syndrome believe:
1. They know everything.2. They are never wrong.3. All their problems are someone else’s fault.
Your public stature and repeated demonstration of these features makes you worthy of having this syndrome named after you.
This syndrome appears to work for you. In your world, you are the king, you are a "stable genius", you have the greatest success in all that you do and you have numerous followers. 
Unfortunately, much of the rest of the world has a less charitable view, and consider your actions to be evil and even criminal. As a result, I predict that you will soon be leaving the White House. You may want to negotiate this process to reduce the harm to yourself and your family.
