Really appreciate the framing here about channeling frustration into tangible action. The tendency to rage-scroll and doom-post is real, but it doesnt move the needle on anything. Ive noticed the most effective activsts are the ones who pick 2-3 specific things and commit to them consistently rather than trying to fight every battle. The local action > national outrage ratio seems to matter alot.

I’m having a hard time giving up on shopping w/ Amazon. But I’m working on it.

Thanks for your comment. I view my efforts to "boycott the billionaires" as moving in the right direction. We don't have to be perfect. For Amazon, I look for a product and then try to buy it from the manufacturer directly - I just did that with an electric razor from Braun. I try to consider every purchase - who is it from and is there a small (or smaller) business alternative than a national brand or national chain. But sometimes I cannot find one or I don't have the time to look.
