Stop consuming too much news.
Stop reading the news early in the morning or late in the evening, when we are at our weakest.
Stop having the news on in the background.
Don't forget that Donald Trump is trying to make you angry.
Be prepared to be shocked.
Stop thinking there is a shortcut through this mess - one of my favorites..
We forget about the temporary nature of things.
