Welcome to my blog about politics, medicine and science. I am a pathologist, retired attorney, business owner for 40+ years and political activist who writes about medicine and science and what we can do to make the world a better place.

My main activities are:

• Owner of PathologyOutlines.com, a free online textbook for pathologists now in its 22nd year.

• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to substantially reduce cancer deaths, posted on our Curing Cancer Network.

• Supporting public K-12 education and public colleges in Michigan through the Detroit College Promise scholarship, now run by the DPS Foundation, and through other scholarships at Wayne State University, the University of Michigan and Berkley Public Schools.

• Supporting efforts to increase voter turnout including a Voter challenge between eight cities and activities to increase public participation in government and the political process.
