The only money spent should be in local, independent businesses. Don’t buy gas, don’t shop online, don’t shop in big chain stores, don’t go to chain restaurants, etc. It’s called a boycott, and if worked for the Sons of Liberty it can work for us!
I am boycotting EVERYTHING, except for food and absolute necessities. My one exception to that rule was a purchase of a hat, from a Canadian supplier, that reads "Canada is Not for Sale.'
I have emailed the "Supreme" Court letting them know that I know that, His Majesty Donald Trump, is making them the "Superfluous" Court.
I have replaced my Google browser with Duckduckgo, not an easy matter as my laptop is a chromebook. I have installed an Ad blocker as well.
I will be paying off all my credit cards by the end of the current billing cycle. Since I am boycotting EVERYTHING I will use cash as much as possible for the foreseeable future.

I want to follow your advice about not buying their products but where can we get a comprehensive list other than cars, hotels and promotional (MAGA) items (which none of us would wear anyway). I would be happy to go on a starvation diet, just to know that I'd be diminishing their wealth and evil but I feel their wealth--seeking tentacles may be in products we don't suspect.
By the way, isn't "X" the universal sign for "danger, do not enter?"

I have already boycotted all Musk ventures to the best of my knowledge as well as Murdoch's - but I've been doing that all along. I quit Amazon Prime and am replacing my subscriptions with Amazon by shopping directly from the companies. I looked up corporate donations to the Trump campaign and have stopped doing business with Home Depot and Sephora - many others I never frequented anyway because of their reputation for regressive policies.
I have made multiple and many calls to congresspeople - asking them to defend our democracy, thanking those who are standing up - as ineffectual as it may be. Contacted my state AG and asked him to sue on my behalf for Musk's illegal access to my personal information. I do my best to spread the truth on FB, and am also weaning off FB and hoping to be able to move to Bluesky completely.
I support the ACLU. I'm trying to figure out how to print the cards from the Card Campaign for Democracy and disseminate them as I travel across country next month.
I read opinions from conservative sources in order to better understand the thinking, and to keep an open mind - not all opinions that aren't progressive are dangerous.
I am doing my level best to act out of love, compassion and kindness on behalf of all inhabitants on the planet.
