The president should be removed from office in the constitutional and legal manner identified by our government. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD A MILITARY COUP TAKE PLACE, EVEN IF DONE FOR THE “RIGHT” REASONS. If the lawful process takes place and he is legally removed from office, yet refuses to step down, then police and military efforts to enforce the law can be taken. MUSK HAS NOT BEEN ELECTED NOR VALIDATED BY CONGRESS. Get him out in any way possible.

Madison did not anticipate a faction as large and extreme as MAGA, this was not how C18 British politics of which he was familiar worked. The Constitution does not deal with the problem of impeaching a president attempting to overturn it, who controls a very large and extreme faction. Republican members of Congress minded to rebel are afraid for themselves and their families. The Declaration of Independence was implemented by the Constitution, the declaration includes this sentence "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." The Constitution does not implement this idea. Trump shows why it should now. An amendment needs to be devised and ratified after the fact if necessary, after Trump’s removal, the purging of MAGA extremism and a new election.
