Trump is unfit for the Presidency

It is useful, at least to me, to list what Donald J. Trump has said or done that indicates he is unfit for the Presidency; if other candidates said or did these things, they would be pressured to withdraw. I am excluding things that I consider trivial, such as what was done in the distant past (unless repeated) or small mistakes that are commonly made by candidates.

Criminal behavior:
Attempted an insurrection on 6 January 2021, the basis of his impeachment #2, current charges here.
Felony conviction in May 2024 for 34 counts of fraud plus many other convictions for fraud.
Found liable in May 2023 for rape / sexual abuse against E. Jean Carroll (civil case); also has numerous other sexual misconduct allegations.
Stealing and concealing classified documents (the evidence is clear, the case was dismissed but is being appealed for technical reasons).
Georgia election interference case (the evidence is clear, the case was paused due to the District Attorney’s personal relationship with the prosecutor).
Severe personality defects:
He only thinks of what is good for himself and is incapable of thinking of the best interest of the country. This is his daily behavior, not just a bad moment.
Forced Congress to terminate a bipartisan immigration bill so it would be an issue for his campaign.
Solicited foreign interference in the 2020 U.S. presidential election to help his re-election bid, the basis of his impeachment #1.
Is using the Presidential campaign to make money for himself and demeaning the office, such as selling new $99 NFT 'digital trading cards' showing him dancing, wearing a superhero suit.
He is unable to control his emotions and constantly ridicules women, non-Whites, immigrants, LGBTQ individuals, the disabled, Muslims and Jews.
He repeatedly threatens, often violently, those who oppose or challenge him.
Believes he is above the law (i.e. he can do whatever he wants):
He has repeatedly indicated that he intends to be a dictator and to terminate the Constitution.
He has repeatedly acted like an agent for Vladimir Putin, Russia’s dictator.
He has stated repeatedly, through his lawyers, that he is above the law.
Recently, he abused Arlington National Cemetary policies to promote his campaign.
Large numbers of his appointees or those who worked for him are supporting Vice President Harris because they agree he is unfit for office:
Many other prominent Republicans and former backers.
More than 200 Bush, McCain, and Romney alums endorse Harris for President and criticize Trump.

He repeatedly talks nonsense that suggests he lacks sufficient mental competence for any position of major responsibility, see here.
